The plans for the beach house have finally been released by the inspection office and construction is underway. We have spent a lot of time learning what you “can or cannot do” and believe me there is way more you “can’t do” when it comes to restoring a house. We hope this will be an easy way you all can keep up with the progress. We hope to have the job completed by June of 2008.
The pictures so far show the expansion in the rear of the house. They are also in the process of removing the outer siding and we hope to have the roof on by the first week of April.
